Refund Policy
Test us free for 24 hours before you pay a cent. After that, if we can't keep the streams running for you, you don't keep paying.
Welcome to the Layerseven TV refund policy. We've kept this short and plain because you shouldn't need a lawyer to figure out whether you can get your money back. The short version: the 24-hour free trial is the no-risk test before you ever pay. Once you've paid, if a technical issue is blocking your service and we can't sort it inside 48 hours, you'll get a refund on the unused part of your term.
1. The 24-Hour Free Trial Is Your Real Test Drive
Before you hand over a single dollar, you get a full 24-hour free trial with no credit card required. That's the window to confirm Layerseven TV works the way you need it to — on your devices, on your internet, with the channels you actually watch. If it doesn't click in those 24 hours, you simply don't subscribe. Nothing to cancel, nothing to refund.
We push the trial hard because it's the fairest version of "try before you buy" in streaming. Start one at the free trial page.
2. Refund Window After Purchase
Once you've subscribed to a paid plan, you can request a refund if a technical issue on our side is blocking your service and we can't fix it within 48 hours of you raising it with support.
- Day 0: You open a support ticket on WhatsApp or the contact page describing the issue.
- Within 48 hours: Our team works the problem with you — channel-by-channel testing, alternate server routing, app or device tweaks.
- If unresolved after 48 hours: You can request a refund on the unused portion of your subscription term. We calculate it pro-rata from the day you opened the ticket.
3. Eligibility — Who Qualifies for a Refund
To keep things fair, refunds are tied to real, documented service problems. You're eligible when:
- You contacted support during your active subscription term.
- The issue is on our end — server-side outages, missing channels listed in your plan, persistent buffering tied to our service rather than your internet.
- You gave us a real chance to fix it (48 hours from the ticket open).
- You haven't opened a chargeback with your card issuer or PayPal before talking to us (see §6).
4. How to Request a Refund
There's no form to fill in and no script to follow. Just message us with the basics:
- WhatsApp: Chat with support — fastest channel.
- Contact form: layerseveniptv.cam/contact if you'd rather email.
Include the email or username you signed up with, your plan length, the date you subscribed, and a quick description of what's broken. Screenshots or short screen recordings help us reproduce the issue and act faster.
5. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, we issue it within 2 business days back to the original payment method. From there, your bank or processor does the rest:
- Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex): 5–10 business days to land on your statement.
- PayPal: typically 1–3 business days.
- Crypto: refunded to the wallet that paid us, usually within 24 hours of approval.
If it's been more than 10 business days and you still haven't seen the money, message us — we'll send you the transaction reference so your bank can trace it.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
A handful of cases fall outside this policy, and we'd rather flag them up front than surprise you:
- You skipped the 24-hour free trial, subscribed, and changed your mind for reasons unrelated to a technical fault.
- The problem is on your end — slow internet (under 10 Mbps), an outdated app, a router blocking the stream, or a device that doesn't support the codec.
- Your account was suspended for breaching our Terms & Conditions — credential sharing, reselling, or circumventing regional rights.
- You're past the renewal date and didn't cancel before the new term started. Renewal charges aren't refundable — set a calendar reminder or message us a few days before.
- Promotional or discounted plans labelled "final sale" at checkout.
7. Chargebacks — Talk to Us First
Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting support is the slowest way to get your money back. It freezes the transaction for weeks, costs us a fee we can't recover, and gets your account auto-suspended while the dispute is open.
Almost every refund we've ever issued was sorted out in a single WhatsApp thread. If you're frustrated, message us first — we'll either fix the issue or process the refund. Chargebacks should only be the last resort if support genuinely doesn't reply.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this policy if our payment processors or service terms change. Updates apply from the date listed at the top of this page. If you're already subscribed when a change goes live, the policy you agreed to at purchase still covers your current term.
9. Contact
Got a question about refunds before you subscribe, or need help with an existing one? We're on WhatsApp 24/7 and the inbox is monitored every day. Reach us via the contact page or WhatsApp — we'll get back to you within a couple of hours, often sooner.
